Fostering Empowerment

As a coach and facilitator, I help educators, leaders, and teams grow in ways that are practical and meaningful. My work includes partnering with schools as a Leader in Me Coach, providing executive coaching for leaders, and training teams to use CliftonStrengths to improve communication, collaboration, and performance.

With nearly three decades of experience in education, including leadership roles with Greenville County Schools, I bring a strong foundation in leadership development and coaching. As an ICF Associate Certified Coach (ACC) and Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach, I’m passionate about helping people discover their strengths, lead with greater confidence, and create positive impact in their organizations.
